SAR-1300-Uni-B/D Universal router


Can be retrofitted for manual loading and unloading and for single-shuttle or dual-shuttle system. The SAR-1300 Stand-alone router, with single-shuttle or dual-shuttle system, has excellent retrofitting capability (2nd shuttle, 2nd milling head) and a low cycle time. All movements are performed with highly precise SCHUNK linear components. This machine is designed for manufacturers with small to large batch sizes and medium to high product variance. Panels can be separated with an end milling cutter or side milling cutter.

SAR 1300 uni

  • Can be equipped with only one milling head (milling spindle or saw spindle module) or both,

SAR-1400-B 2-CL Router


The SAR-1400-B2-CL Router with dual shuttle, a low-priced solution for stress-free depanelling, has excellent positioning accuracy and flexibility. It was designed specifically for manufacturers with small to medium batch sizes and high product variance. By combining the two shuttles, panels up to 810 mm x 480 mm can be cut with this machine.

ILR-2000 Inline Router and PAL-1400 Palletizer


The SCHUNK ILR-2000 Router with optional PAL-1400 Palletizing system guarantees maximum flexibility and minimal setup times in conjunction with a gripper change system. With the specially developed high-speed panel feed and the use of highly dynamic drives with path control for separation and printed circuit board handling, maximum throughput and flexibility are achieved. The simple and weight-reduced design of the printed circuit board grippers significantly reduces the tool costs.

 

  • Minimal loading times at the panel feed due to the high-speed linear motor feed,
  • Extremely short separating times due to the highly dynamic linear motor milling gantry with special milling brush hold-down device,
